Bubble bills server work in workload units. Every search, workflow and API call consumes them. An app with unfiltered searches and chatty workflows burns through its plan and pays overages.

Security pass
Privacy rules, protected backend workflows, API keys kept server side, and a password on the test version. We work through Bubble’s security dashboard until the findings are closed.
Integrations and backend
Payments, email, AI models and your internal systems, connected through the API Connector or a small external service in your repository when Bubble is the wrong place for the logic.

Questions before the first call

Can you fix a Bubble app someone else built?
Yes. We start with an audit of the data model, workflows, privacy rules and workload logs, whoever built them. Then we agree one pilot deliverable. The app stays in your own Bubble account throughout.
Why is my Bubble app slow?
Usually because pages fetch more data than they show, searches filter after retrieval instead of in the database, or queries run one after another. Bubble documents each of these. The fix is a change to the data model and searches, not a bigger plan.
How do I lower my Bubble workload bill?
Find which pages and workflows consume the most workload units, then reduce the searches, actions and scheduled jobs behind them. Bubble’s logs show the breakdown. We do this as a scoped piece of work with a before and after report.
Can a Bubble app be exported as code?
No. Bubble states that apps run only on its platform and cannot be exported as code. Your data can be exported as CSV or through the Data API. Moving off Bubble means rebuilding the logic, which we can plan and do.
Should I hire Bubble developers or rebuild in code?
It depends on what blocks you. If the problems are data structure, privacy rules or workload, fixing the Bubble app is the shorter path. If you need source code, your own hosting or long-running jobs, a rebuild is the better spend.
Who owns the app and the data?
You do. The app stays in your Bubble account and any code we write lives in your repository. You own the IP and the docs. We sign an NDA on request. Bubble owns its platform, as its documentation explains.
What does it cost and how soon can you start?
