The software factory that runs your whole SDLC
We set up an AI software factory in your GitHub and your ticket tool. It takes each requirement through the software development life cycle: analysis, plan, build, check and deployment. You test and approve every release.
For founders and engineering leads with a backlog.
- Set up in your repo and your accounts
- You own every file
- You approve every release
One requirement, through the whole cycleSample

How a software factory runs your SDLC
You send a requirement and you test the result. Agents do everything between: they analyse, plan, review the plan, build, check and deploy.
- 01
Requirement
YouYou send what you need: a message, a voice note or a ticket.
Your request, written out
- 02
Analysis
Analyst agentReads the request and the code. Finds the issue, what to add or change, and why.
An analysis you can read
- 03
Plan
Planner agentPlans every detail, with the goal and the experience the user should get.
A plan, step by step
- 04
Plan review
Review agentA second agent reads the plan and sends back what is missing. Then the plan is confirmed.
A confirmed plan
- 05
Build
Builder agentWrites the code, following the confirmed plan.
The change, on a branch
- 06
Check
Check agentAnother agent checks performance and technical issues, and what the new code changed around it.
A clean check
- 07
Your test
YouYou get a notification and a full report. You test, then approve or send feedback.
A full report
- 08
Deploy
Deploy agentDeploys and follows the deployment. If it fails, it finds the cause and fixes it.
The change, live, and the final report
- The fix loopIf the check finds issues, the work goes back to Build. The loop stops when the check is clean.
- Your feedbackYour feedback goes back into the same loop.

One message becomes tickets you can follow
The agent reads the membership code, then splits the request into tickets small enough to check. Each ticket says what it waits for, so the ones that can run side by side do.
- At the same timeTickets that do not depend on each other run side by side, each in its own workspace.
- After T1A ticket that needs another one waits for it.
- Engineer readsChanges to data, payments, login or permissions are marked for an engineer. The ticket says so at the start, and a path rule checks the pull request.

What it takes on
What you can hand to your software factory
Examples of requests. What yours takes on is agreed on the call, from your own backlog.

You approveWhat we set up
Your software factory, inside the tools you already have
Your team learns no new tool. Everything lives in your repository and your accounts, and you own every file.
- 01
A place to send requests
Messages and voice notes from WhatsApp, Slack or Discord, turned into tickets.
- 02
Your ticket tool, connected
ClickUp, Jira or Trello wired to your repository.
- 03
An agent that knows your product
Claude Code, or another coding agent, set up with the rules of your project.
- 04
A check on every change
Performance, technical issues and side effects are checked before anything reaches you.
- 05
Your approval, then the deployment
Nothing is deployed before you approve. Then the agent deploys and follows the deployment.
- 06
Reports you can read
A full report when the work is ready for your test, and a final one when it is live.
How to start
One call, then we build your software factory
We look at your repository and your backlog, agree the scope, and build.
- Step 1
A free call
Thirty minutes with the founder. A screen share is enough. We sign an NDA before the call if you ask.
You get: a plan you can keep
- Step 2
Scope
On the same call we agree what the line covers, what it costs and when it is ready.
You get: the price and the date
- Step 3
Build
We set up the line in your repo and run it on your own requests.
You get: real pull requests
- Step 4
Handover
We walk your team through every file, with a guide to run it, change it and switch it off.
You get: a line you own
What drives the price and the date
- How many repositories
- The state of your tests and CI
- The tools to connect
- Your approval and release steps
Who bills what
- The setup: one fee, agreed before work starts
- Models and the coding agent: you pay their providers directly
- The review tool and CI: you pay their providers directly
When you get the figure
- On the call
- No work starts before that
FAQ
Software factory questions
Questions to settle before the call.
What is an AI software factory?
A repeatable line that runs your software development life cycle with AI agents. A requirement is analysed, planned, built and checked by agents. You test and approve, then it is deployed.
What if my request is vague, or holds several things?
The agent writes it out, splits it into requests and asks which goes now. It asks its questions before it writes the requirements. You confirm before anything is built.
Can the line take on more than small changes?
Yes, by splitting them. A large request becomes tickets small enough to test and review. Changes to data, payments, login or permissions are marked for an engineer. When the agent cannot settle something, it stops and asks.
Does anything deploy without a person?
No. Agents analyse, plan, build and check. The deployment waits for your approval. Then the agent deploys, and follows the deployment until it is live.
Which tools does it work with?
GitHub for code. Claude Code, or another coding agent we agree on. ClickUp, Jira or Trello for tickets, and the chat app you already use for requests: WhatsApp, Slack, Discord or the Claude and ChatGPT mobile apps. The review tool is your choice.
What does it cost to run?
The setup has a scope and a price agreed on the call. Models, the review tool and CI are billed by their providers to your own accounts, and we list them before you start.
Who owns the code and the files?
You do. Everything lives in your repository and your accounts. We sign an NDA if you ask.

We worked with Seif on the React Native app for our vehicle-appraisal platform. What stood out most was how much ownership he takes: he thinks a feature through, raises edge cases before they turn into bugs, and delivers something that actually works. And then there is one more thing why I wanted to work with Seif after our very first call: Exceptional clear and consistent communication. It is a pleasure to work with him and his team!
