Rework, refunds, write-offs, up to $100,000. Leave at $0 and errors are not counted as savings.

What drives the ranking

Five factors make the score. Three things decide where a workflow lands in the roadmap.

How often, and how much the same

Frequency, the tools in use and how digital the data is decide most of the score. Paper and judgment calls pull it down.

The hours and the hourly cost

Savings start from the labour the workflow uses today. A high score on a two-hour task still saves little.

Build time

Short builds rank higher and can be quick wins. Long builds go to phase two, after the quick wins are live.

Questions

Workflow audit questions

What if I do not know the error rate?

Give your best guess on the slider and leave the cost of one error at $0. Errors then do not count as savings at all, so the result does not lean on the guess. Measure the real rate once the automation is live.

How is the approach chosen?

From the score, the volume and the systems involved. High-scoring, high-volume work inside an ERP or custom system points to RPA; high-scoring, high-volume work elsewhere to a custom AI build; a score of 50% or more to low-code; anything lower to no-code. Treat it as the start of a conversation, not a design.

Where do the build costs and weeks come from?

They are HorizonLux planning figures for each approach, marked est. on the page until they are confirmed. A real quote depends on your systems, your data and the odd cases the workflow has to handle.

Why is a workflow with big savings not a quick win?

A quick win needs a score of 60% or more and a build of six weeks or less. RPA and custom AI builds take longer, so they land in phase two even when they save the most. The quick wins come first and can help pay for them.

Can a workflow that needs human judgment be automated?

Often in part. The rule-based steps can run on their own while the judgment calls go to a person, or to an AI model that a person checks. Score the workflow as it runs today; the share of manual work left is on each card.

Is what I enter saved?

No. The audit runs in your browser and the workflows are gone when you leave the page. If you use the email box, we save that request (your name, email and the summary) so we can send it.
