AI Use Case Generator
Company profile
Six quick answers. They set how feasible each use case is for you.
Where you want to start.
Engineers, data scientists or analysts who could build or run AI.
Used to flag use cases too large for it.
What decides the ranking
Each use case gets a feasibility and an impact score from 1 to 5. Three things move them most.
Your challenges
A use case that solves one of your challenges gains impact. Pick the problems that cost you most, not every problem you have.
The data you have
Feasibility starts from how available your data is and whether you have the sources each use case needs.
Team and maturity
Specialists on staff and AI already in production make every use case more feasible and shorten the first version.
Questions
AI use case questions
Does this use AI to write the use cases?
No. It ranks our own library of twenty use cases against your answers, in your browser, with fixed rules. That keeps the results repeatable: the same answers always give the same ranking.
Why are there no dollar figures or ROI?
Because a use case’s value depends on your volumes, costs and prices, which this tool does not ask for. Numbers that do not move with your inputs would only look precise. Price the top use case with the ROI calculator instead.
How many use cases should we start with?
Usually one or two from phase 1. A first use case that ships teaches you more about your data and your team than any ranking can.
A use case has low feasibility. Should we skip it?
Not always. Low feasibility usually means missing data, a small team or an early stage of maturity. If the impact is high, fix the gap first, or start with an easier use case that builds the same foundations.
What if we have no data scientist or ML engineer?
Several use cases (support agent, inbox triage, call notes, reporting) are built mostly with LLM APIs and integration work, which a strong software engineer can learn. For the rest, hire, borrow or bring in a partner for the first build.
Where do the weeks to a first version come from?
They are HorizonLux delivery ranges for a first working version, adjusted for your AI maturity, and marked est. on the page until they are confirmed. A real plan depends on your systems and data.
