Choose a department

We show common automations for it. You then add your own processes and score them.

What makes a process worth automating

Five weighted factors make the score. These three matter most.

Clear rules

Rule-based work carries the most weight (25%). If people make judgment calls at every step, plan for an AI build with a person checking, not a simple workflow.

Repetition and volume

The same steps, many times a month. A process you run twice a year rarely pays back the build, however tidy it is.

Digital data

Automation needs data it can read. Paper and scattered spreadsheets lower the score until the data has a home.

Questions

Automation opportunity questions

How do I score a factor I am unsure about?

Use the scale under each slider and score the process as it runs today, not as you hope it will. If two people disagree, take the lower score. The live score shows how much each slider moves the result.

What if a process scores high but runs rarely?

Volume is one of the five factors, so rare processes score lower. Check the benefit too: a high score on two hours a week is still a small saving, and the build may never pay back.

How do I know a process is really rule-based?

Write the steps down and ask the people who do it how often they make a judgment call. If exceptions are common, score the rule-based slider lower; the approach then shifts toward an AI build with a person checking.

How accurate are the savings?

They are as good as your hours, hourly cost and error figures. Errors only count if you give a cost per error. Build costs are our planning estimates, so treat ROI and payback as a way to compare processes, then get a quote.

What if our data is on paper or spread across systems?

Score digital data low. That lowers the score and usually points to fixing the data first: a form, a shared sheet or an export can make the process automatable later.

Is what I enter saved?

No. The finder runs in your browser and the processes are gone when you leave the page. If you use the email box, we save that request (your name, email and the summary) so we can send it.
