The FlutterFlow agency for apps stuck before the app stores
Your app runs in test mode, then fails on real devices, real data or store review. Our senior engineers find the cause in the data model, the custom code or the release setup, fix it inside your project, and get the app live.

Definition
What is a FlutterFlow agency?
A FlutterFlow agency is an engineering team that builds, repairs and ships apps made with FlutterFlow, the visual builder that generates Flutter code. It handles the parts the builder leaves to you: the data model, the backend on Firebase or Supabase, custom Dart code, testing, and release to the App Store and Google Play.
A FlutterFlow development agency is usually called when an app works in test mode but fails under real data, real devices or store review. The fix is engineering work, not more hours in the builder.
- Platform
- Visual builder for Flutter apps
- Output
- Flutter code that you own
- Backend
- Firebase, Supabase or your own API
Where builds stall
Three places a FlutterFlow build stops moving
Each one is described in FlutterFlow’s own documentation. None of them means the app has to be rebuilt.
- 01
Custom code breaks on upgrade
FlutterFlow upgrades its underlying Flutter version on its own schedule. Custom widgets, actions and packages that compiled last month can stop compiling. Pinning a version is reserved for the Enterprise plan.
What we do: We update the custom code and dependencies, and add checks that catch the next upgrade.
- 02
Two code bases drift apart
FlutterFlow pushes to its own GitHub branch and overwrites it on every push. Edits made in the repository live on another branch, so each sync becomes a manual merge with conflicts.
What we do: We set up the branch flow FlutterFlow documents and make each merge routine.
- 03
The backend was never designed
FlutterFlow does not host your backend. Security rules, queries, indexes and separate development and production projects are yours to set up. When skipped, they surface as slow screens and exposed data.
What we do: We review the data model, write the security rules and separate the environments.
What we do
The work that gets an app into the stores
Four jobs, done inside your FlutterFlow project, your repository and your backend accounts.
Project audit
We read the project, the custom code and the backend. You get a written list of what blocks launch, ranked by risk and by effort.
Backend and data repair
Firestore or Supabase schema, security rules, indexes and queries, corrected so screens load quickly and each user sees only their own data.
Custom code and integrations
Custom widgets, actions and Dart packages brought up to date. Payments, sign-in and third-party APIs moved behind private calls, so keys stay off the device.
Release setup
Development, staging and production environments, signing, store listings and a repeatable release process, so shipping a fix becomes a routine task.
How it runs
From the free call to a shipped release
Scope and price are agreed before any work starts. You see progress every week.
- 01Call
Thirty minutes on the problem
You show us the app and where it fails. We agree one deliverable, its scope and its price before any work starts.
- 02Pilot
One agreed deliverable
An engineer joins your Slack and repository within five working days of the call and delivers the agreed fix or audit.
- 03Build
Weekly demo, written update
Work continues in your FlutterFlow project and your repository. Every week you see a demo and receive a written update.
- 04Handover
Docs, runbooks and training
Your team receives the docs, the runbooks and training. The code, the accounts and the IP were yours throughout.
Honest fit
When to stay on FlutterFlow, and when to leave
We tell you on the call which of these describes your app.
The platformFlutterFlow
FlutterFlow is a visual development environment for building mobile, web and desktop apps. It generates Flutter code, connects to Firebase, Supabase and REST APIs, and deploys to the App Store, Google Play and the web.
Where it is strong
- One project produces iOS, Android, web and desktop apps
- Flutter code you own, downloadable on paid plans
- Firebase, Supabase and REST APIs connect in the builder
Where it stops
- GitHub push is one-way, to a branch FlutterFlow overwrites
- No hosted backend: rules and environments are set up by hand
- Version pinning is reserved for the Enterprise plan
FlutterFlow is the right tool when
- The app is mostly screens, forms, lists and standard integrations
- You need iOS, Android and web from one project
- Your team wants to keep editing screens visually after launch
We would say no when
- Most of the logic already lives in custom code outside the builder
- The app depends on deep native SDK work or complex offline sync
- You need pinned versions and are not on the Enterprise plan
If the app has outgrown the builder, we export the Flutter code and continue in your repository. The work already done carries over.
Two ways to work
A scoped fix, or an engineer on your team
Both start with the same free call and the same paid pilot.
One scope, one deliverable
We agree the deliverable, the scope and the price on the call. We deliver it inside your project and hand it over with docs.
- One agreed deliverable
- Weekly demo and written update
- Work in your repository and accounts
- Docs, runbooks and training at handover
A senior engineer on your team
An engineer joins your Slack, your standups and your repository, and works through your backlog for as long as the work needs.
- Joins within five working days of the call
- Senior engineers, no juniors
- Works in English, in any timezone
- Code, IP and docs stay with you
FAQ
Questions about fixing a build
Short answers to what buyers ask before the call.
Can you fix a FlutterFlow app someone else built?
Yes. We start by reading the project, the custom code and the backend, and you get a written list of what blocks launch. The paid pilot then fixes one agreed item, so you can judge the work before committing further.
Should we hire FlutterFlow developers or rebuild in Flutter?
Usually the app can be repaired. Most stalled apps have problems in the data model, the custom code or the release setup, and all three can be fixed in place. If the app has outgrown the builder, we export the code and continue in Flutter.
Who owns the code and the FlutterFlow project?
You do. The project stays in your FlutterFlow account, the code in your repository and the backend in your Firebase or Supabase account. FlutterFlow’s documentation states that you own the output of your work. We sign an NDA on request.
Can a FlutterFlow consultant just review our app?
Yes. A project audit is a common pilot. We read the project, the custom code and the backend, then deliver a written list of what blocks launch, ranked by risk and effort. You can act on it with your team or ours.
What does a FlutterFlow agency cost?
We do not publish a price because the work varies. Scope and price are agreed on the free 30-minute call, before any work starts. Every engagement begins with a paid pilot that has one agreed deliverable.
Are you certified FlutterFlow experts?
No. We hold no FlutterFlow partner or expert badge and do not claim one. We are senior software engineers who repair and ship FlutterFlow apps, including the Flutter code, the backend and the release process behind them.
Which FlutterFlow plan does this work need?
Code download starts on the Basic plan. Push to GitHub and branching start on Growth. Version pinning is Enterprise only. We tell you on the call which plan the work requires, so you do not pay for seats you will not use.
Show us where the app stops working
Bring the project and the error. In thirty minutes you will know what blocks launch, what fixing it involves, and whether FlutterFlow is still the right tool for the app.

We worked with Seif on the React Native app for our vehicle-appraisal platform. What stood out most was how much ownership he takes: he thinks a feature through, raises edge cases before they turn into bugs, and delivers something that actually works. And then there is one more thing why I wanted to work with Seif after our very first call: Exceptional clear and consistent communication. It is a pleasure to work with him and his team!
