Marketing automation

Marketing automation services that route leads and build reports

We clean the CRM data your flows read, then automate routing, syncs and reports your team does by hand. When a flow fails, a named owner gets an alert and a runbook to fix it.

For marketing and RevOps leads at B2B companies of 10 to 200 people

  • Free 30-minute call
  • Paid pilot you can stop
  • You own the flows and docs
The short answer

What HorizonLux's marketing automation services include

By the HorizonLux engineering team · reviewed by Seif Sgayer, Founder · updated 30 Sep 2026

HorizonLux's marketing automation services replace manual lead routing, CRM updates and reporting for B2B marketing and RevOps teams, so leads reach the right rep and reports arrive on schedule. We build lead capture and routing, CRM clean-up and sync, lifecycle and nurture emails, and automated reporting, in HubSpot, n8n, Zapier or Make, with code where a tool runs out.

Each flow ships with four things: an alert that names the failed step and reaches a named owner, retries on outside API calls, a weekly health report, and a one-page runbook that says what the flow does, who owns it and how to pause it. Before any flow goes live, we clean the CRM data it reads.

HorizonLux is a software and AI engineering company based in Tunisia, founded in 2020, working with clients in the UK, UAE and EU. Senior engineers do the work. It starts with a free 30-minute call with Seif Sgayer, the founder, then a paid pilot on one flow that you can stop. You own the flows, the code and the docs.

What we build

Lead routing, CRM sync and reporting, built for the CRM you actually have

Six kinds of work we take on. The lines under each card are the cases a flow handles, including the messy ones that usually break it.

  • Lead capture and routing

Form, ad, webinar and chat leads land in one place. Each is enriched, matched against the CRM, scored and given an owner, who gets an alert in Slack or email.

    • Round robin or territory rules in HubSpot or n8n
    • Reassigned and flagged when an owner has left
    • Retried when an enrichment API times out
  • CRM clean-up and sync

We agree which system owns each field, merge duplicates and set the fields every record needs. Then contacts stay in step with your email, ads and billing tools.

    • Merge rules you approve before they run
    • Every new record checked on arrival
    • Sync conflicts logged for a person to settle
  • Automated marketing reporting

The Monday pipeline report is built from CRM and ad data and posted to Slack or email, with the same definitions every week.

    • Pipeline by source and stage
    • Lead response time by owner
    • Says so when a source fails to load
  • Lifecycle and nurture

Emails and tasks fire on what a lead does: a pricing page visit, a missed demo, a deal gone quiet. Leads not ready for sales go to nurture, not to a rep.

    • Lifecycle stages and scoring
    • Hand-back from sales to marketing
    • Unsubscribes synced across your tools
  • Broken Zapier automations, fixed

An inventory of every Zap and n8n workflow you run: what it does, who owns it and whether it still works. You approve the list, then we repair, move or retire each one.

    • Renamed fields and expired connections
    • Task, credit and plan limits
    • An alert on every flow we keep
  • Code where the tools stop

When volume, strict ordering or a missing connector is too much for a no-code step, senior engineers write the webhook receiver, queue or small API, in your repo.

    • Webhook receivers that store each lead before processing
    • Queues for launch-day bursts
    • Connectors for tools with no integration

Any one of these can be the paid pilot.

Why replies lag

Split, messy marketing data is common. The mistake is automating it as it is.

Salesforce's State of Marketing (10th edition, Feb 2026, nearly 4,500 marketers) names siloed systems and poor data quality as the main barriers. A flow built on that data sends leads to the wrong rep, faster.

  • 69%

of marketers struggle to respond to customers promptly

    Source: Salesforce, 2026

  • 56%

of marketers have complete access to sales data. The rest do not

    Source: Salesforce, 2026

  • 42%

more likely to respond to customers regularly, for teams with unified data

Proof

The same plumbing, already shipped: n8n flows, webhook syncs, scheduled reports

We have not published a marketing automation or HubSpot case study yet. Below is the closest client work our team built, and what each project proves. The paid pilot then tests the approach on your own CRM, and you can stop after it.

  • MasterPilot

    Webhook sync · scheduled reports

The operations portal of a flight-training platform. We built its webhook sync, a reporting engine and an email engine that sends weekly and per-flight reports: the same parts a Monday pipeline report needs. The reports are operational, not marketing. Live since March 2026, with 129 endpoints, 23 modules and 10 releases from Dec 2024 to Jun 2026.

  • RepairCheck

    Germany · n8n flows

Vehicle damage inspection. We built its n8n flows, WhatsApp booking and auto-estimates that stop when an expert claims the case, so a person takes over from the automation. A routing flow needs the same hand-off when a lead fits no rule. The Next.js admin dashboard keeps audit logs.

How it works

How our marketing automation services run, one flow at a time

You don't sign up for a platform project. You pick the flow or report that costs your team the most, and we make that one work on your real data before adding the next.

  1. 01

    Free 30-minute call

You walk Seif Sgayer, our founder, through the flow or report that costs your team the most. Price and length are agreed here. No commitment.

You get · The flow to start with, and what the pilot covers

  2. 02

    Paid pilot on one flow

We map the fields and owners that flow depends on and clean the data that would break it. Then we build it end to end, with its alert, retries and runbook, on your data. If it doesn't land, you stop and keep what was built.

You get · Clean data under one monitored flow, and a go or no-go

  3. 03

    Build, flow by flow

We add the next flows in the order that saves your team the most hours. You get a demo and a written update every week.

You get · More flows live, each with its alert and runbook

  4. 04

    Handover, then your choice

The people who will own the flows get the runbooks, the docs and a training session. Everything lives in your accounts and your repo. If you'd rather not run them day to day, we keep watching the alerts and fixing flows on a support plan.

You get · Flows your team runs, with our support if you want it

We don't promise results in advance. The pilot is where you decide whether to go on.

Fit

Who this is for, and when to look elsewhere

A quick check before you book, so the call is worth your 30 minutes.

A good fit if

  • You are a B2B company of 10 to 200 people with a CRM in place, even a messy one
  • Inbound leads wait in an inbox or a spreadsheet before a rep sees them
  • Someone rebuilds the weekly pipeline report by hand
  • You inherited Zaps or n8n workflows that nobody documented

Look elsewhere if

  • You need campaigns run or content written. We build the systems they run on
  • You have no CRM yet, or your sales process changes every week
  • No one on your side can own the routing rules and approve changes
  • You want a promised lift in leads or revenue. We don't promise numbers
FAQ

Questions about marketing automation services

Straight answers on failures and support, messy data, tools, AI, customer data, price and timing.

What happens when a flow fails, and who fixes it after handover?

Every flow HorizonLux builds sends an alert to a named owner in Slack or email, with the failed step, the record and a link to the run. A sample reads: lead-intake stopped at step 3, Match in CRM, record 48213, after 3 retries. Calls to outside APIs retry, where the tool allows, before a run fails. During the build, our engineers watch these alerts. After handover, your team fixes flows with the runbooks, or we keep doing it on a support plan, responding within CONFIRM: response time.

Can you fix our broken Zapier automations?

Yes. HorizonLux lists every Zap you run, what it does and who owns it, then, with your approval, repairs, moves or retires each one. Monitoring matters here. Zapier's Help Center (checked 30 Sep 2026) says a Zap is turned off automatically when 95% of its runs error over seven days, and only Team and Enterprise plans get an email and a grace period before that. Every Zap we keep gets its own alert, so an error reaches a person instead of piling up unseen.

Our CRM data is messy. Will the automations still work?

Yes, once the fields each flow reads are clean, which is why HorizonLux does that clean-up inside the paid pilot rather than as a separate audit. For each flow, we fix what it depends on: duplicates, the fields it needs and which tool owns each one. You approve every merge rule before it runs. After launch, a record the flow can't place by your rules, such as a lead that matches no territory, goes to a named person instead of the wrong rep.

n8n vs Zapier vs Make for marketing: which should we use?

HorizonLux recommends the tool your team can keep running at your volume, flow by flow. We weigh volume, how complex the flow is, where the data must live and who will maintain it. If your leads live in HubSpot, its own workflows may cover routing, but they need a Professional or Enterprise tier. Zapier bills in tasks, one per successful action step, and Make in credits. n8n Cloud bills per workflow execution, however many steps, and n8n can also run on your own servers. We use n8n daily.

Can AI write our nurture emails?

Yes, HorizonLux can add AI steps to a flow that draft a follow-up, classify a reply or summarise a lead for the rep, using your brand rules. No AI draft sends itself. A person on your team approves each draft before it goes out, and every AI step is logged. We keep that review step because results vary: in a Gartner survey published on 29 Oct 2025, 45% of martech leaders using AI agents said vendor-offered agents missed their expectations. We build with OpenAI and Claude models.

Where does our customer data go, and how is GDPR handled?

HorizonLux builds each flow in your own CRM and automation accounts, so customer records pass only through tools you approve. If records must stay in the UK or EU, n8n can run on servers you control there. Our engineers work with the access you grant, each connection gets the least access its tool allows, and you can revoke both without us. Each runbook lists the personal data its flow moves and where, for your GDPR records. You own the flows, code, docs and IP. NDA on request.

How much do marketing automation services cost?

HorizonLux agrees the price with you on the free 30-minute call, once it understands the flow, the tools it touches and roughly how clean your data is. We don't publish prices, because a two-step lead alert and a full CRM clean-up are different jobs. Work starts with a paid pilot on one flow. Running costs are separate and paid to your vendors: the CRM tier, automation tool usage and model calls for any AI step. We estimate those before the pilot starts.

How long does marketing automation setup take?

The length is agreed on the free 30-minute call with Seif Sgayer, the founder, because it depends mostly on how clean your data is and how many flows you need. A routing flow on clean data moves faster than one that needs duplicates merged. HorizonLux starts with a paid pilot that has one agreed deliverable, and you can stop after it. Then flows are added one at a time, with a demo and a written update every week.

We worked with Seif on the React Native app for our vehicle-appraisal platform. What stood out most was how much ownership he takes: he thinks a feature through, raises edge cases before they turn into bugs, and delivers something that actually works. And then there is one more thing why I wanted to work with Seif after our very first call: Exceptional clear and consistent communication. It is a pleasure to work with him and his team!
